SERVICES

Wolfmark Studio designs and develops mobile and web applications. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed between us and the client before work begins, typically outlined in a proposal or statement of work.

QUOTES & PRICING

Any quotes we provide are estimates based on what we know at the time. They are not fixed prices. If the scope of a project changes — for example, if new features are added or requirements shift — the cost and timeline may change too. We'll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Once a project is complete and paid for in full, you own the final deliverables — the designs, code, and assets we created specifically for you.

However, we retain the rights to any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, or code that we built before or independently of your project. If we use any of these in your work, you're granted a licence to use them as part of your product, but ownership stays with us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We take our work seriously and always aim to deliver to a high standard. That said, our total liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — however caused.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For ongoing projects, the terms in place at the time of our agreement will apply unless we both agree otherwise.
